Getting Ready for Your Visit...

Your eNCARNLINE® phlebotomist is a highly skilled medical technician with years of experience in drawing blood for testing. Your comfort and well-being are paramount. Being at home makes you much more relaxed, and for many, stress is already minimized.

When collecting your sample, your phlebotomist will use only single-use, sterile, disposable needles and will always wear gloves. In addition to blood draws, we will also collect urine and fecal specimens that you have already packaged in their containers. We also have certain containers (for example, urine cups) with us when we arrive. We will reach out to you after you book your appointment. We will discuss your tests and ensure that both you and we have everything needed for your appointment. We will only bring into your home the necessary supplies required for your lab orders. We must dispose of collection material that is not used in the collection process but is taken into your home. All our equipment and devices brought into your home or office are sanitized after we leave.

Continue taking any regularly scheduled medications as usual. If you take blood-thinning medication, be sure to tell your phlebotomist. The more water you drink, the easier your blood draw will be. If fasting is required for tests, do not eat, chew gum or tobacco (including snuff), or drink anything but water. Take prescription medications for the 8 to 10 hours before your scheduled collection.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance payments for your specimen collections, as health insurance plans do not cover our services. However, we will take your insurance information and provide it to the lab where we deliver your specimens. This will expedite the lab processing.

The lab will process your lab test claims and bill you for the remaining payment amount after the insurance company has settled with the lab.

The price for our service is $69.00. Quest Mobile's price is $79.00. GetLabs' prices start at $79.00 (Published prices as of October 10, 2025).

Please have your photo identification, insurance card, lab requisition, and payment ready when we visit.

You or your health care provider may submit your lab requisition to us in advance. By email: info@encarnline.com. By fax: (352) 536-1163.

There is no extra charge for evening or overnight collection service. We will accept appointments for testing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Most lab collection facilities (the places you go to for lab work) open around 7:00 a.m. and close by 4:00 p.m. If we collect your specimens and it is too late to deliver them to your chosen lab, we will deliver them to a nearby hospital lab. These hospital labs are open 24 hours a day. The hospital labs will process your insurance claim for you, just like your favorite lab, and notify your health care provider of the results.

CANCELLATIONS: You must call the day before your appointment to cancel. Otherwise, we may charge you $69.00 for your cancelled visit.

Please call our testing line at ‭(352) 910-4479 if you have any questions.

PRE-ORDERED TESTS

Not all labs offer client-ordered testing. We have listed two labs that do. If you pre-ordered a test at another lab, please name the lab and test ordered on the next page in the "Notes" field. This will help us ensure that we bring the proper amount and type of collection materials into your home or office.
