Organizational Testing

We offer contractual services to many types of organizations, including:

  • For-profit companies in all industries
  • Non-profits, NGOs, schools
  • Government (state and local)

Contractual services are customized to your needs and duration. Specify types of testing, and whether you want scheduled tests and/or random on-demand testing.

We offer CDL-DOT testing protocols, as well as non-DOT testing, all with DOT qualified testers at your location.

Individual Home Testing

Our team of certified professional philbologists will collect your samples and deliver them to your laboratory of your choice (Quest, LabCorp, etc.).

We will collect blood, urine, and stool samples from you based on your doctor's laboratory order. You must have a copy of this order available before we can provide our services.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept insurance from you for our services. Regardless of whether you have Medicare, an ACA plan, or private insurance, we require direct payment from you. We accept cash, bank checks,  and credit/debit cards.
